A really simple and easy recipe amazing for lunch times or dinner.
Red Pepper - 2/3 strips chopped
Onion - medium sized chopped
New Patatoes - 5 cut in half
Squash - 1/2 (the non seeded end) chopped into chuncks.leave the skin on
Pear - 1 chopped into chunks
Cannellini Beans - 1/2 can
Chick Peas - 1/2 can
Green Beans - 6 chopped
Veggie Stock - 1 1/2 pints
Vegemite - 2 teaspoons
Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Add in all ingredients together, cook in a large pan on the hob.
Simmer for about 40- 45 mins or until your happy with it.
Extras you can also add in are :
Blanched Almonds ( 4 not vital but nice)
Lemmeon juice ( 1/4 not vital but a option to slash opver the top of your stew)
