Ordering

• Order tracking.

  If you have ordered any products from vegan.co.uk it means that the order is being tracked on your order tracking page in the account section. All you have to do is sign in using your email and password and it will tell you when the order has been confirmed, packed and shipped off to you.

   

• How do i place a re order?

  If you have been to vegan.co.uk before and placed an order then it is easy to reorder.
  You must log into your account with us first and then it is as simple as clicking the reorder button on the top navigation bar. It is possible to modify the shopping list still.
  The reorder button is a way of making sure you always get the essentials you need from our store.
  After your revised shopping list is completed all you have to do is go through to the checkout and type in your payment information and if you have already saved your delivery information then your order will be dispatched to that address.

   

• How do i order vegan food?

  To order online you will first need to search through the store by using the image aided navigation. Once you have found an item you can click on it to receive any further product details.
  Once you have found the item that you then click the add to basket section, making sure to specify the quantity aswell. You can then continue to browse the store or continue on to the checkout.
  Once at the checkout you will be able to revise your shopping list for a final time to make sure that you have everything you need.
  It is then neccesary to sign in or create an account, this way we can save all of your shipping information and optionally save your payment method too.
  Once you have created an account an input your shipping details and payment method you will be able to review your entire order before it is confirmed.
  Once this is done you will be able to check on the status of your order in the account section.

   

• Is it possible to order a single item or food product?

  Of course, some of the more luxury items such as the boxes of chocolates which may be bought as a one off present are brilliant items although postage and packaging starts at a £5.00 minimum cost. It is reccomended for the customer to choose a few items online or do a specialist shop to help them throughout the week.

  We encourage people who are visiting the site for the first time to visit our store and perhaps pick out a few items from the sweets section or the substitutes area to see what we have to offer.

   

• Methods of Payment?

  Once you`ve browsed our store and decided which items you want to buy. You can then purchase your items through our Paypal page.

  In addition we are Paypal registered - please complete your order through to the secure payment page and you will be able to choose the Paypal link.
